Judy’s career has encompassed management, organizational development in the field of learning, design and deployment of travel processes, destination and travel specialist programs for airlines, travel agencies, tour operators and travel schools including Delta Airlines, Mundus Institute of Travel, American Express Platinum Travel, Avoya/American Express Travel and Brendan Vacations.
Her extensive experience in the travel business has garnered Judy a number of top recognitions: Brendan Vacations’ top sales producer for 9 years in addition to on boarding and mentoring all new business development managers. At American Express Travel she was awarded the coveted AMEX Presidents Quality Award as Manager of Operations and Training as well as the AMEX Pacesetter Award and Travel Weekly Magellan award for the Global Destination Expertise program and On Demand Preferred Supplier training platform for the Platinum and Centurion Travel Service. She is certified as a Luxury Travel Specialist and considered the “the destination guru” not only for her contributions to the exclusive AMEX Travel Insider Program but also because she has traveled worldwide that encompasses unique and experiential travel . She was also instrumental in the pilot program of the Work at Home virtual new hire work environment and the launch of AMEX internal social media to support consumer destination consultation.
In 2014, Judy joined Travelfuture as a full time leadership, learning and organizational effectiveness consultant. She brings unique experience to learning and development for travel companies that wish to take their organization to the next level in destination and specialist programs, preferred supplier, sales, and organizational effectiveness expertise. She is based in San Diego, California where she is an active volunteer.
